This combined combination electrode (glass and reference electrodes in one shaft) has a dirt-repellent PTFE ring diaphragm with polymerized, highly elastic gel. This prevents deposits and blockages and ensures a quick response time. A double-chamber with double diaphragm seal prevents electrode poisons such as sulfides, amines or chromates from damaging the reference electrode. With the salt reserve integrated in the reference electrode, a longer service life can be achieved especially in media with lower conductive.Each topquality electrode is individually tested and supplied with a calibration certificat. The electrode is manufactured using physiologically safe and FDA-listed materials. They feature lead-free shaft glass and therefore comply with the RoHS-2 directive. Only the selection of high quality materials and components enables the use in the chemical industry, industrial waste water technology, galvanic, power plants and waste incineration plants as well as in the sugar industry. An internal pressure buffer compensates for temperature-related volume changes in the reference electrode space and allows process pressures of up to 13 bar. With a wide temperature range up to 135 °C and a wide pH range from pH0 to pH14, the electrode can be used in demanding applications. The electrode has an integrated Pt1000 for recording the medium temperature. The insertion length is 120 mm.
